Refund/Return Policy:Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

Items must be in "New, unaltered and unused condition"definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

- MUST have full factory warranty

- Without showing signs of wear or damage in anyway.

- Within the 15\30 day guidelines posted below. (no refunds after 30 days allowed)

- Must not be a special order item.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

If the purchaser plans on, or decides to refund a item(s), they must contact We Dig Metal Detectors within 7 days of delivery. 

Failure to adhere to the 15/30 guidelines or WITHOUT contacting us within 7 days of delivery will result in items NOT being refunded.

Again, refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Refunds are given in full within 15 days unless user error or accident by user resulting in the failure of the unit. After 15 days, only 60% refund is applicable. 

15 days for full refund begins at the time of delivery to the recipient. After 30 Days no refund options are available.

Any issues with the unit, are covered under the manufactuer warranty or unless specified in the warranty agreement given by manufacturer. All waranty issues are handled by the manufactuer, We Dig Metal Detectors is not responsible for handling or servicing the unit/s.

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault..
